Jamaica Penny, Half Penny and Farthing 1869 to 1969 Old copper coins from Jamaica bear the likeness of a British monarch on one side and the shield of Jamaica on the other. Denominations are penny, half penny, and farthing. A farthing is one-quarter of a penny. Some of these coins are minted in copper-nickel and others in nickel-brass.

Here are some approximate catalog values for these coins. Not surprisingly, older coins command more value, as do coins with less wear.
