Hi Woody --
I really like these old French coins. They are very artistic, in my view. Your 10 centime coin, in heavily worn condition, is not worth very much. Many, many of these coins were minted in 1856, so the catalogs say only $2 or $3 US dollars. Scratches, spots, and nicks will lower value even further.
Now an uncirculated 1856 piece commands about $100 catalog value, showing how much condition affects rarity and how much rarity affects value.
There are some better dates and mint marks in this series of coins, as follows:
1852A
1854K
1857B
1857K
1857W
1864A
These catalog near $20 in worn condition, much higher if uncirculated.

catalog value means.
