Look at the great coin in our picture. It is fully uncirculated. You can see the nice luster that the coin displays. Luster is a creaminess or frostiness that appears on an uncirculated coin.

These silver coins have King William (Gulielmus) IV until 1838 when they change to Queen Victoria. They have seated Britannia on the back. Britannia is the UK's symbol of integrity. Four pence is called a groat.
