Russia 10, 15, and 20 Kopek 1931 to 1934
That's a Russian 10 kopek coin, Will, made of copper-nickel. The Russian alphabet uses different symbols than the Latin alphabet which appears in most Western countries. The kon is short for kopek, a Russian coin denomination. There are 100 kopeks in a rouble (or ruble).

Requester description: 1932 words on the outside of coin are not in english but are not sybols such as chinese either. On front shows a man who appears to be a worker hold a shield and a sledgehammer. On the shield it reads 10 Kon. date 1932r. is on the right of mans head. On reverse it shows a wreath and where the two ends of the wreath meet theres a star. inside the wreath theres a hammer and a swoosh on a globe.
